Terms and Conditions
Upstage - Stylz promises under this Agreement to
Provide Property Styling services to the Vendor at the Premises in accordance with the terms of Agreement.
Deliver to the premises and collect the Goods from the Premises as required during the Initial Period or Extended Period
The client agrees to do under this Agreement
Provide unrestricted access for Upstage - Stylz to the Premises during installation in accordance with this Agreement.
Pay Upstage - Stylz Hire Fees, including fees for any extension of the Initial Period, and any other charges by the due date.
Pay all tax invoice by Upstage - Stylz under this Agreement whether the Premises sell or are taken off the market before the expiry of the
Initial Period or any Extended Period.
Make available to Upstage - Stylz items at the conclusion of this Agreement , including on termination of the Agreement by either party, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Safeguard and protect the items, until they are collected by Upstage - Stylz.
Provide Property Styling services to the Vendor at the Premises in accordance with the terms of Agreement.

Paul Adzic
Is a Filmmaker and Photographer who is a graduate of the New York Film academy in Manhattan New York. He spent 15 years living abroad in Milan, London, Los Angeles and New York. Relocated back to Sydney in 2017.
Paul's career started in Film back in 2001 when he had the pleasure of working in the Art department on the films Matrix Reloaded and Revolution. His skills evolved dramatically and style orientated. This lead to many more set decorating jobs on films in Australia and the US.
Including staging high end furniture stores in NYC such as at Antony Todd.
